MyAssets – Website Terms of Use

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms of Use apply in their entirety to all individuals and entities who visit or interact with the MyAssets website (“Site”) (https://myassets.com/). By visiting the Site, you agree to the applicability of these Terms of Use to the relationship between yourself and MyAssets.

1.2 The Site is owned and operated by MyAssets Limited (“MyAssets”), a Hong Kong registered company, with company number 3046285 and registered address of 503, Crawford House. 70 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong.

1.3 MyAssets Limited is acting as an agent of Plaid, who is providing the regulated Account Information Service and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”) under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 and Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (Firm Reference Number: 804718). 1.4 Please note that these Terms of Use are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the law of England and Wales. If you are accessing the Site from outside of England and Wales, as a user of the Site you are solely responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations.

2. Description

2.1 MyAssets provides a platform that allows users to organise, track and manage their asset portfolio. The Site provides information and a short demonstration of our platform (“Platform”) to visitors.

3. Site Functionality

3.1 The purpose of the Site is to provide potential users with information and a demonstration of our Platform.

3.2 You may contact us via our “contact us” page on our Site. However, if you are a direct user of our Platform, please contact us through your MyAssets’ account.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 The Site must only be used in compliance with these Terms of Use. You must not:

1. Knowingly cause harm to the Site by uploading, sending or in any way transmitting data that contains any form of virus or malware or any other code designed to adversely affect computer, hardware, software, or data of any kind; or
2. Knowingly cause any harm to any other user of the Site.

4.2 We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the Site, to areas of the Site and/or to functionality upon the Site should a user breach these Terms of Use. Additionally, we may, for example, suspend access to the Site during server maintenance or when updating the Site. You must not circumvent or bypass, or attempt to circumvent or bypass, any access restriction measures on the Site.

5.1 Links to third party sites may be included or embedded into the Site. The inclusion of a link to another site is for information purposes only and does not imply any endorsement of the sites themselves or of those in control of them.

6.1 All content on the Site, including copyright or trademark material or other intellectual property, belongs to MyAssets. Such content is protected by Intellectual Property laws and regulations and may not be copied, reproduced or used in any way without MyAssets’ express permission.

7.1 We may alter these Terms of Use at any time. If we decide to do so, any changes will become binding on all visitors on their first visit to the Site after the changes have been made.
