What You Can Do with Belongings
Digitise Personal Inventory
Create a comprehensive, digitised record of personal belongings. Each Belongings entry details the key information (including the brand, purchase price, purchase date, measurements, location, invoice number, etc.) of each item.
Track Financial Value
Keep track of each items' valuation and how they contribute to the calculated net value with visual graphs on the Belongings Dashboard and Global Dashboard. These visual representations break down the true impact of each item on a user’s net worth.
Upload Documents
Keep an easily accessible digital record of each item’s relevant documents – from receipts to warranties, and more – by uploading them as attachments to a Belongings entry. These documents can also be uploaded and assigned to the appropriate item through the platform’s Document Vault.
Organise by Groups
Personalise how items are organised — by city, date of purchase, or any other criteria that suits your needs — with the platform’s Groups feature. Simply choose a preferred criteria under the Groups field when creating a Belongings asset entry.
Add Delegates
From beneficiaries to co-owners, give the right people access to relevant asset data by adding them as Delegates on Belongings.

Visit Knowledge BaseYou can add, group, and document any miscellaneous item to Belongings. This includes: Household Items, Heirloom Items, Furniture, Antiques, Electronics, Devices, Clothing and Footwear.
Select the ‘Add Assets’ button on your Global Dashboard, and select Belongings. Fill out the appropriate fields, and select ‘Create’ to save your new Belongings entry.
You can group belongings by type by creating Custom Groups and adding assets to the relevant Custom Group.
